As Founder and CEO, Mr. Hulin manages the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the company and is responsible for the overall success of the company. He has overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and integrating strategic direction for all departments. He makes sure the company's corporate personnel uphold continuous awareness of the competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth. His duties include reviewing, recommending and finalizing departmental standards, policies and procedures. He also develops and implements the corporate strategic plan. Many of his daily activities encompass oversight and analysis of contract operations and administration, business and proposal development, priority personnel matters, and the financial health of the company. Mr. Hulin previous experience includes a distinguished career, with more than 24 years of service in the United States Navy. His formal training, education and direct experience in numerous positions within the Navy, Booz Allen Hamilton and AECOM have helped him become well-versed in leadership, management and administration within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Contracting, and Education & Training fields. He has extensive experience within the various facets of Logistics Operations, Financials and Material Management including: developing, operating and managing Logistics support systems, inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, material handling and storage, equipment, records maintenance, material validation, distribution and transportation, cargo movement, hazardous materials certification, aircraft loading, fleet service, manpower; readiness, budget, purchasing agent, configuration management and equipment & facility management. He possesses expertise in education, training, and standards development; to include curriculum development for both web-based and classroom instruction, and hands-on task training & certification. He’s been a platform instructor and a practical application trainer, and has developed and deployed qualification standards and certification training programs for critical Logistics Operations. His direct experience in government contracting includes contract development, evaluation, reporting, and management. He’s served as a proposal & technical evaluator, Quality Assurance Evaluator, and Functional Area Manager at numerous locations. One of Mr. Hulin former assignments was he responsible for the implementation of Life Cycle Logistics for Assistant Program Executive Officer for Logistics and Technical Director for Life Cycle Logistics. He monitors logistics policy compliance in the areas of technical documentation, training, supply support, nomenclature assignment, and maintenance planning. He ensured Program Offices comply with independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) requirements. He provided oversight to logistics status Program Offices of records by maintaining a integrated master schedule matrix to track data maturity of ILS products. Another of his many assignments includes Logistics Officer and Senior Enlisted Advisor where he exercised command responsibility and managed all aspects of the command logistic requirement, including the Government travel and purchase card programs. He revitalized the command inventory program and improved enlisted members advancement and career opportunities, and was the principal advisor to the Program Executive Office on all material property issues. He serves as the direct manager for team members for transportation assistants, budget plan and cost, schedule and overall performance in support of his command. Mr. Hulin holds two Master of Business Administration and Master of Management degree with Honors from the University of Phoenix. A Bachelor of Science degree in Work Force Education and Development from the University of Southern Illinois, and Associate degree from Coastline Community College. Lastly, he is a Distinguished Graduate of the highest level of Professional Military Education available to military personnel at the Air Force Noncommissioned Officers–the USAF Senior NCO Academy.
